This ticketing system is only for Armada Digital Agency Hosting or Concierge Website Services (CWS) Clients. Please complete the form below.

• Our emergency rate for tickets marked as “Urgent” and submitted outside of business hours (M-F 8-6 PM CST) is $250/hr ($200/hr for CWS clients).
• There is a 1-hour minimum for Basic Hosting clients; we recommend batching requests into 1 ticket if possible.
• We respond to our clients’ tickets within 1 business day.
