This shift has brought a new level of sophistication and capabilities to our two programs — calling for a reintroduction for both existing and prospective clients alike.

Our Hosting Program

This program provides safe, secure, and best-in-class hosting and is best for companies with websites that are important to them and only require occasional, less complicated updates. The
program is $40 per month and paid annually [$480/yr]. We lease and manage our servers from WPEngine and directly handle any support issues related to site uptime and backups. This plan does
not include theme updates or resolving issues at your registrar. If you need additional support, please use the ticketing system at our standard rate of $125/hr with a 1-hour minimum.

FAQs:

  • Do I have to pay annually? We do offer a $50 monthly rate with a credit card on file.
  • Can you support my site if I host elsewhere? We do not offer support for sites we do not host as we require direct access and control over the server on which it’s hosted.
  • What servers do we lease? We lease our private servers from WPEngine that only our clients are on, which means less chance of compromised sites and better security.
  • Why host with Armada Digital? There is a list of advantages to hosting with us rather than GoDaddy or the like, including having a real person to contact if you have any issues, access to
    premium plug-ins such as: Gravity Forms, Advanced Custom Fields, WP Rocket, Smart Plug-in Manager, etc that will need to be replaced/addressed if moving away from our servers.
  • Is there a discount for multiple sites hosted with you? Yes, so long as we’re billing the same person, you’ll receive 10% off your invoice for each additional site hosted with us.
    Please note: sites with higher traffic or storage needs may require a higher rate.

 

Our Concierge Website Services Program (CWS)

Our CWS program is best for those who need to make frequent updates to your website and prefer to be more hands-off. This plan is $250 per month ($350 for e-commerce sites) and includes
everything in the program mentioned above, plus:

  • We conduct manual core, WordPress, and theme updates every 4-6 weeks, followed by quality assurance checks and a test contact form submission to ensure everything looks and
    functions as expected. You will be notified via email once completed.
  • 1 hour of monthly support through our ticketing system, to be used towards website-related updates including design, content, training, etc. Option to build up to 3 support hours in
    reserve at a time (if you don’t use an hour one month, it will roll over to the next month with a max of 3 hours in reserve) and use towards larger requests.
  • Our typical response time on support tickets for this program is within the same business day, by noon the next day if the ticket was opened after 3:00 PM CST.
  • A reduced hourly rate of $100/hour (instead of our agency rate of $125/hour) for additional support time during normal business hours – (9 AM-6 PM CST Mon – Fri)
  • A reduced emergency hourly rate – $200/hour (instead of $250/hour) for any immediate support time needed outside our normal business hours.

  • Why are e-commerce sites priced higher? This program includes hosting a complete staging site for testing and e-commerce sites generally require more complexities to update.
  • Are there discounts for having multiple sites on this program? Two sites on the CWS program is $450/month. 3 sites is $625/month. Contact us for multiple e-commerce sites.
  • How will I know how much time I have in reserve? Submit a ticket requesting this information and we’ll send a record of hours.
