Teylor is the CEO & Partner at Armada Digital Agency. She became a partner in 2024, but in the last ten years has held titles ranging from COO to Digital Marketing intern. She currently oversees the crew in their unified mission to sail brands to sustainable growth through digital marketing, which entails both guiding strategy and execution. Teylor attended Concordia University Texas, where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Communication, specializing in Public Relations, and minoring in Business. After living in Austin for nearly ten years, she then moved to Colorado Springs in 2019 with her husband, Jonathan “Nic” Weiss. She is now a member of the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC, where she enjoys meeting business owners who are equally committed to building companies designed to serve; both their customers and team members.
Teylor and Nic currently live in the Patty Jewett neighborhood with their three cats. When she’s not trying to convince Nic to play digital nomad, she is most likely to be found reading (anything and everything), golfing (a more recent obsession), or simply moving things around her house to be more visually pleasing.
