Our Concierge Website Services program is $250 per month:

We conduct quality assurance checks to ensure everything looks and functions as expected, and a test contact form is submitted following manual core, WordPress, and theme updates every 4-6 weeks. You will be notified via email once completed.

1 hour of monthly support through our ticketing system, to be used towards website-related updates including design, content, training, etc. Option to build up to 3 support hours in reserve at a time (if you don’t use an hour one month, it will roll over to the next month with a max of 3 hours in reserve) and use towards larger requests.

Our typical response time on support tickets for this program is within the same business day, by noon the next day if the ticket was opened after 3:00 PM CST.

A reduced hourly rate of $100/hour (instead of our agency rate of $125/hour) for additional support time during normal business hours – (9 AM-6 PM CST Mon – Fri)

A reduced emergency hourly rate – $200/hour (instead of $250/hour) for any immediate support time needed outside our normal business hours.

What servers does Armada Digital lease?
We lease our own private business-class servers with WPEngine that only our clients are on which means less chance of compromised sites and better security. Much better to be in a private pool than a public one!
Why host with Armada Digital?
There are a number of advantages to hosting with us, like having a real person to contact if you have any issues as well as the inclusion of premium plug-ins like Gravity Forms and Advanced Custom Fields at no additional cost.
Is there a discount for multiple sites hosted with you?
Yes! You receive hosting for every third site for free (buy hosting for two, get hostong for one free). Notice - sites with higher traffic or storage needs may require a higher rate. We will assess and let you know if this is the case!
What if I need additional website support?
Clients who host with us receive access to our ticket support system, where we can help resolve issues on your website or make updates across design, content, or functionality. There is a 1-hour minimum for Basic Hosting clients with an hourly rate of $125, so we suggest batching your requests for the best value. If you find you need more frequent updates, our Concierge Website Services program may be a better fit!
What if I would like to move my website away from Armada Digital hosting?
While we're sad to see you go, we understand that the time may come for your company to manage its own server or opt for a cheaper solution. If this is the case, please submit a ticket letting us know you would like to migrate your website and we will follow up with our Website Migration Exit Notice and next steps.
For the CWS program, what can my hour of support be used for?
For clients on our CWS program, your support hour each month can roll over for up to 3 hours applied at one time and can be used towards website-related design, content, coding, or training. If you have a larger project in mind, we can also apply these hours to your estimate, reducing the price by up to $300.
