As of August 1st, Alter Endeavors is now Armada Digital Agency. I’ll be the first to admit that after working under the Alter Endeavors name for the last 8 years, it has taken some practice to type in the correct URL for our site and write out my updated email address! But rebrand tedium aside, I feel it’s important to share the reason for this transition and how the shift sets us, and our clients, up for success.
Why Armada Digital Agency?
I found it to be an energizing practice as we worked as a team to solidify the name, design a logo, and devise a thematic narrative that speaks to our approach. Fortunately, we did the bulk of the heavy lifting in the previous year by practicing what we preach and taking the time to identify the nexus of: the challenge(s) our ideal clients face, the services that have the most impact, and which of those we enjoy doing the most.
We are the team that helps you navigate the rough seas of business and take on the competition, which led us to “Armada,” a name that both encapsulates our services and gives us plenty of opportunities to have fun with our brand narrative.
Teamwide clarity around what we do, how we do it, and who we do it for allowed us to streamline our offerings in a way that relates back to our ultimate mission, which is to help brands “set sail for sustainable growth.”
While the term “sustainable growth” can be quickly summarized, our approach to sustainable growth includes identifying what an increase in leads would mean for your business and the marketing tasks that you own (or are neglecting) that should be delegated. I hope it goes without saying, but your “zone of genius” as a business owner does not include building your website or learning keyword research. Hiring a digital marketing agency isn’t something only multimillion-dollar businesses do—with the right partner, it can be a strategic move that helps you grow while saving you time, money, and frustration.
What are the changes?
We spent the last year and a half encouraging each team member to find their own zone of genius. During this time, Nick Alter stepped fully into his new venture, Founder’s Best Friend, where he developed his maturity model (ThriveSide Framework) and now works as a consultant alongside founders in the strategizing phase of their business.
Meanwhile, much more remains the same. Aubrey Berkowitz continues to lead as our Senior Consultant & Managing Partner and is likely the first person you’ll come into contact with when seeking our support. Nic Weiss continues to lead as Director of Digital Marketing with a focus on Google PPC Advertising. He often works closely with Sean Flamand, our Content & SEO Specialist, to build strategies focused on generating organic leads in the most cost-effective manner. Megan Foster is our in-house graphic designer who continues to demonstrate her talents across social media content, email marketing, and the occasional logo (ours!).
As for myself, I have learned an incredible amount about leading and running a business since stepping into the CEO role almost two years ago, and now I look forward to doing it all as an official Partner.
What’s next?
We will continue to serve all service-based businesses in the realms of website development, hosting, and website management while working with select brands in an ongoing capacity to generate high-quality leads through search engine optimization, Google PPC ads, social media, and email marketing.
We would love to continue building out our client base and referral network, focusing on those that operate with a similar ethos. For us, sustainable growth looks like more win-win partnerships where there is deep trust, respect, and a touch of play. I’m happy to report that we’re well on our way!
