Armada Digital Agency has helped over 300 brands sustain and scale their business through proven digital marketing, platform, and website management solutions. We also embrace what it means to have a life-work balance while remaining passionate about our work.
While our agency began in Austin, our entire inbound marketing team enjoys the freedom and flexibility of full-time remote work. By making Armada Digital Agency uniquely better for our crew, we’re able to be uniquely better for our clients. Let’s introduce you to the crew!
As our CEO, Teylor leads the team in its mission to help brands achieve sustainable growth. As for her personality, she often refers to the project deck she created as “her baby” if that tells you anything. Outside of work, she loves to read anything and everything and travel as often as possible. Keep reading to get to know her better!
Where are you from? Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Houston, Texas, and then moved to Austin to play softball at Concordia University Texas, where I was a Communications major with a concentration in Public Relations and Business minor. I lived in Austin for about ten years total before moving to where I now live, Colorado Springs, Colorado!
What’s your role at Armada Digital?
I am the CEO at Armada Digital. I wear many hats in my day to day and I genuinely enjoy them all!
What brought you to Armada Digital? I’ve always loved creating and sharing people-led stories, and Armada Digital has introduced me to incredible people! Through my work, I get to tap into several passions, including story-telling, design, and problem-solving — all to help small businesses and the people behind them succeed.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Armada Digital?
We are in sync as a team and care deeply about our clients. We all value showing up fully to do meaningful work and then signing off to enjoy life!
What would you like clients (and potential clients) to know about Armada Digital?
It can be difficult to communicate our integrity and level of care through written words alone. I hope we’re able to chat in real time so that I can share stories that exemplify who we are and how good we are at what we do!
What do you like to do in your free time?
I love to travel, but we often do that while working — such is the nature of a digital job! Outside of visiting new cities and eating anything and everything, I love to challenge myself in the gym and as of a few months ago, on the golf course. I read a lot across a variety of genres and when I’m not moving things around inside our house, I try to get outside and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer!
What is your favorite band or artist?
Lately, I’ve been very into Khruangbin, but most days, I let the “Spotify Daylist” ride with no knowledge of song titles or artist names.
What is your dream vacation?
I’ve had the privilege of visiting 28 countries so far and have taken my “dream vacation” many times over, including spending 3 weeks working from Valencia, Spain this past October! I do hope to visit Japan someday soon but I will most definitely need to have an “out-of-office” on given the major time difference!
What’s your favorite quote?
I have several saved from A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles that I go back to often:
“And that which cannot be understood — a once-and-for-all matter — demands constant and unmixed attention, an ongoing state of encounter.”
“So be it. See to it!”
“Life will entice, after all.”
What’s a cause that you are passionate about?
My involvement in “Colorado Springs Women for Business in Good” as a part of the Grapevine Giving Circle has introduced me to many local causes that deserve all the time, money, and attention in the world. I had the opportunity to present on Happy Cats Haven and its mission to find loving homes for Colorado cats and kittens in 2023, and was thrilled when it was chosen to receive that donation cycle. My husband and I are fosters for the organization, and 2 of our 3 cats came from there, so we’re a bit biased. Let the record show that we love dogs, too!
